All frames are built to order. Lead times, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. Product images are representative — handmade items vary slightly in finish and color.
Orders
Submitting an enquiry is not a binding order. Final pricing and terms are confirmed via email before any payment is processed.
Returns
Custom-built frames are non-refundable. If a frame arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@chromebicycle.com.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. Chrome Bicycle Co. is not liable for decisions made based on information presented on this site.
